What forms of payment do we accept?
Daimon’s Art Stuff accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
For your safety, we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe — certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been received you will receive a confirmation email.
As your order is printed, signed and dispatched you will receive an email notification and tracking number.
As your print is proofed and signed by the artist please allow up to 7 days to receive your tracking number.
If you believe your order is taking too long to arrive or you have special requirements please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping & Returns
Your order will be delivered using Parcel Post by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Items do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place if possible.

Which countries do we ship to?
As many as we can. The countries available for shipping are clearly indicated on the check out page.

How much is delivery?
For deliveries in Australia, there is a flat charge of $35.
For international deliveries, the charge can vary.
*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
Once an order is received it is printed, proofed, numbered and signed by the artist. This process can take up to 7 days from ordering.
Once an order ships it should take 2-3 days for destinations on the East Coast of Australia, 5-7 days for other parts of Australia and rural areas, and 7-10 days for most international orders.
If you are ordering from a remote area please have patients for your order to arrive.

Limited edition prints are individually signed and numbered by the artist and as such are unique for each customer. We ask that you take care in choosing your print as change of mind returns are not accepted.
Damaged Prints in Transit
If your print is damaged in transit to you please take external and internal photos of the packaging and photos of the print itself and send to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the print to be returned, destroyed, re-printed, proofed, signed and numbered and sent back to you.
Information Collected or Received
Daimon’s Art Stuff may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. We may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by us. This information can include: your IP address browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website.
